Fellowship Program

About the Fellowship Program

The Mai Soli Foundation Fellowship is a 12-month program that transforms dedicated graduates into impactful mentors. Fellows receive a full stipend and undergo a rigorous training program before stepping into classrooms in Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Fellows guide 10–15 young girls per school through the Girls’ Empowerment Curriculum—helping them avoid child marriage and build futures full of possibility.

Our mentors are the primary force for teaching the girls Mai Soli’s curriculum. Mentors travel to schools to host creative workshops and provide one-on-one coaching. Mai Soli believes that the best way to teach these girls is by utilizing people who have had similar experiences and become role models.
